Vintage Clothing Nyc Cheap

shopping in nyc for clothes on a BUDGET?
going to new york this weekend and i’m spending it in the city!
free time is limited so i really would like to know what area i should be in for the most amount of stores
i’ve heard soho is good but what about the east village?
i mean CHEAP as in i only have $300 to spend and i’d like a lot of clothing for that
thrift/vintage stores are cool – where can i find most of those?
H&M, zara, daffy’s, etc are on my list but a specific neighborhood would be nice!
thanks!
Check out the area around Spring St. I have an aunt who lives there, and she always manages to find some really cool funky stuff around there for my sister and I for birthdays and Christmas.
Lots of street vendors, but also lots of hipsters who go to the vintage stores. Can’t name a specific one, but if you explore around that area I’m sure you’ll find something unique.
Hope this helps!
