Shoes Like Crocs
Are crocs considered water shoes?
I have to buy water shoes for my camp and I dont feel like wasting money on that. They just say that they cant slip off.
Also what are sturdy shoes, my camp packing list says
1 pair of sturdy shoes, While we spend alot of time canoeing there ar also ample oppurtunities for exploring on foot. Shoes with good support are a must.
Would tennis shoes be okay for that?
okayy so. honestly. at my summer camp they do let you wear crocs in the water. if you really want to you can get the crocs instead. it won’t really be a big deal. the only thing is that water shoes might be more comfortable because rocks and stuff can get in crocs and you will step on them and it will probably hurt.
also, i think tennis shoes will be fine. just as long as they’re good ones, not like…converse or anything. get the athletic-type of tennis shoes.
i assume by what you’re saying that you’re going to a kids/teen summer camp. if that’s the case, don’t listen to what some other people on here have said about hiking boots. like honestly, you probably won’t need them. it’s a summer camp, not a two week hike through the mountains…
