Can a seller refund issue because it does not make money?
I bought a pair of shoes on eBay, paid for them and one day after my payment was returned and the seller said he wouldnt sell to me because they think they can get more money for them. My sale is still in the works for some reason watever that hasn't seller cancels the transaction.
No, they can not. A sale is a sale. You may remember that. If they wanted "more money" that the auction should have started higher, setting a minimum price, or used "buy now". You can send them by email that according to eBay rules, which must sell the item at the price of bidding. If they do, you may file a complaint with eBay and see what they say.
