what size would i be??

What size would I be?
Hi i wanted to buy a pair of so lows but Im not sure what size i shud get. here is a link of there size chart:

My bust is 31
My waist is 23.3
my low waist is 26
my hips are 28
my inseam is 31
I am 13 years old

What would my size in so lows be??? Im buying foldover pants buy the ways like this one:

I’m thinking you would probably be an XS. If there are a little big, you can still grow into them!
