Judge Pants Lawsuit

How can we prevent Lawsuit abuse?
you know, people suing over ridiculous things and then getting a settlement. like that judge who sued because his rags (pants) went missing at the dry cleaners!
That’s a toughie. In a world where everybody’s in one kind of a jam or another, like Jimmy Cagney once said in a good flick:
” Everybody wants sumthin’ fer nuthin’ … ”
You’re going to find those looking to alleviate a perceived lack to satisfy an overbloated sense of worth or need. Honest always gets it.
That type of litigation has it’s application but like a gun. It only does one thing and is lawful in only a few hands and even less justifiable circumstances.
Like declaring someone a madman.
Very few real justifiable cases as opposed to those who do have an imbalance yet state a very poignant savvy despite their circumstance.
Personally? I can’t see doing it under almost any circumstances at all. Wrongful things that happen to people I can’t pass judgement on.
Some type of ammend has to go into play. Really.
I guess we just gotta keep the B.S. antenna up ( ‘ scuse my Francois ) and not fall victim or practitioner of same.
We may be imperfect, but we can strive to be better than what we’re pushed into being. It’s all anybody can ask of anybody to make the planet a little more tolerable than it is.
