I am under 18 years, and I want to stay in Manhattan, New York this summer. Where can I stay cheap?
I'm almost 16, and really need to make this happen. I wish to attend some classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology, and I need to stay in the city (preferably at Chelsea) for about three weeks. Commuting is not an option, and I can not spend as much on housing! THANK YOU!
