Clothing Tags Printing
WW2 Military Clothing Enthusiasts?
I have a WW2 U.S Army Ceremonial Jacket, Pants, Underjacket, and Hat. I found a tag in the bottom right lower pocket of the jacket that reads:
“B. Devonish (in red print, upside down)
KAY BROS.
CLOTHES, INC.
Cont. W-669-qm-14708
Dated Dec. 29, 1941
Stock no. 55-C-69386
36R
Spec. No. 8—31D
Dated 2/7/40
Phila. Q. M. Depot”
Some of the military patches on it are as follows:
Right, upper arm- green patch with a blue ”Y” within a backwards “C” above the rank.
Left, upper arm- a circle with (from left to right) blue, yellow, and red.
Also has the two U.S pins on the collar, with the eagle pins down the center of the jacket.
It comes with pants too, which is waist 32, length 33.
I am trying to find the value of this jacket. Thanks.
