Clothing Tags For Kids
How much clothing is adequate for someone to own?
I have a 2 year old girl, a 1 year old boy and will have a newborn come jan. No matter how many times I tell people we have enough they continue to buy clothing for my kids, as my daughter wore alot of unisex clothing, my sons clothes are still good and I have been given (3 50 gallon tubs, 4 army bags the duffel style green ones) of clothing I am trying to figure out how much to pass on to someone else who needs it, I hate things to be wasted. We have a fairly small home so I just cannot have tubs of clothing sitting some still with tags. the baby I would say has enough good condition clothing beyond what he needs to clothe 5-6 children really well alone. I purchase a wardrobe for each child for each size, I find it offensive to not buy my kids clothes myself, that reaks of co-dependancy to me my mother spent years letting my grandmother buy everything and she would then hold it over our heads and be offended if we got rid of it when we outgrew it. I do not want that for myself

Nothing wrong with re using clothing, however it does not look like you need too. It sounds as if you have way more then you need….kids grow out of stuff so quickly.
I loved having all boys, if this did not fit this boy it would fit this one….
