clothing sales tax in nyc
To collect sales taxes or sales tax charge in New York?
Im exclusively from women's clothing shop online and wondered whether to apply the 8.875% rate or rate of 8.375% on clothing items $ 110 or more or all should be taxed. I found that if I had sales that exceeded $ 10,000 would have to collect taxes on my items when selling online. Im not sure if that included questions below $ 110 or something. Any good answers are appreciated
When thinking about a rate of 8.875% over $ 110, without taxes on anything less.
