Quick question on moth eggs on clothes?

Hey. I found a lot of baby clothes we stored in unsealed plastic bags in my attic for 20 + years ago. Some bags seemed to be free of moths, other bags were a couple of items with moth damage, but mostly untouched, and had a few bags of all severely damaged items moth. Note: Many of the articles were moth-damaged baby onesies I doubt it is wool – they feel like cotton (by the way, is this possible?). Anyway, I re-started these items in an airtight container, but I do not want to seal them with moth eggs. Is there a way for me to make sure that these issues are totally free egg wash all of them (many are too fragile clothes)? Thanks so much for your help!

You can throw in the dryer at high temperature to kill the moth eggs and then store them with blocks cedar to keep moths infest again. Check the labels on the garments, because they are high in natural fiber (cotton, wool) can reduce the size.
