What should I put on this job application for a clothing store?
I’m filling out a job application for a clothing store..one of the questions asks me to describe my interest in retailing and to summarize my specialized skills from my past employment, experiences, etc that would qualify me for the job. (I’m going for a sales associate position..)
My past TWO JOBS have been in retailing..but I’m stumped..I honestly think too much about these things. Someone please help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance! :]
Explain what you did at your previous retail jobs. For instance, I have two years experience as a cashier. Do you have experience with stocking, sales or other retail activities? Then mention that. Also, say that you enjoy working with people and helping customers meet their needs. You may want to briefly describe a situation where you went above and beyond to assist a customer or resolve a situation with a difficult customer.
