Most people do not realize that most people work in small businesses that trade unions have no real impact. It is sad to see large companies leaving the U.S. foreign lands and the liberals are doing the easy way. All that said, I worked in a union shop about six months ago many years. That was the only time I would not do it again as an employee (who was) or as a manager. The unions are really nothing on the protection of themselves.
