How would you respond to this type of comment?
If a mother says she wants clothes as baptism gifts because they’re currently “running out” of clothes that fit, what would you say in response? And would you buy clothes, or some else? Or nothing at all?
She was never asked about gift ideas. It came up out of nowhere, that’s why I found it an offensive thing to suddenly demand.
its the mother’s responsibility to buy clothes for her child. if she cant afford to clothe her child she shouldve waited to have children till she could afford them. the mother shouldnt be asking for stuff, people should just give them as gifts.
