How can I lose weight without a crash diet?
Naturally, I'm heavy. Although I am thin, im very solid. For example, my cousin and I use the same clothing size, have the same body shape and have the same height, weighs 150, weight 180. My mother said I was strong even as a baby. When was in Boot Camp (Marines at Parris Island) still only lost only 2 pounds and was a lot of exercise and other things, not to mention that not Fook had much garbage to find and we could not eat cheese or fried foods, all of 3 months. The only time I've lost much weight at one time was when I graduated I high school lost about 15 pounds, but I was not doing things differently and I did not know I had, I was as lost until 4 months later. Wat do i do? Ideas?
Crash diets do not work. To lose weight, there must be a change of lifestyle. Healthy eating and regular exercise is the only way to go. There can be only temporary, should be entertwined everyday life style. Meal planning is important so that when hungry, not to get away. Try love mainstream activities through their exercise. Like a dog walking, hiking, biking, yoga, etc. Again, the physics dictate that in May more and more heavy. Each person is different. Healthy is what is really important, not a number on a scale.
